Registrants may choose the Full-Week Registration Package or the One-Day Registration Package. The Full-Week package includes admission to all conferences, exhibits, coffee breaks, general receptions, and one Annual Meeting banquet ticket. The One-Day package includes admission to all of the above for one calendar day with the exception of the Annual Meeting banquet.

All short course/workshop attendees must register and wear a badge/ribbon; registration rates are listed below. Short course/workshop registration is not included in the 90th Annual Meeting registration, and short course/workshop registration does not include registration for the 90th AMS Annual Meeting.

SPECIAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Eighth AMS Student Conference and Career Fair
There is a $25 fee for attending the conference and attendees must preregister, since there will be no on-site registration. Please note registration includes admittance to the Student Conference only. Attendees must register separately for the 90th AMS Annual Meeting. Registrations must be completed on-line by 4 January 2010.
13th Conference of Atmospheric Science Librarians International
All attendees for the 13th Conference of Atmospheric Science Librarians International (ASLI) must register and wear a badge. This year, ASLI Conference attendees should register in advance through the AMS website or by fax for $50 until 1 December 2009. Registrations received between 2 December 2008 and the conference dates will be $75. After 16 December 2009, you must register at the meeting or online only. Credit cards are now accepted. For those registering on-site, please register at the AMS Annual Meeting registration desk, not in the ASLI conference room as in past years. Registration for the ASLI Conference does not include registration for other 90th AMS Annual Meeting events, but ASLI Conference registrants may access the exhibits.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION HOURS
he AMS Registration Desk will be open for the Student Conference on
Saturday, 16 January 2010, 7:30–10:00
a.m., and for Short Courses on Sunday 17 January, 7:30–9:00 a.m.
Annual Meeting registration will be on Sunday, 17 January, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Monday, 18 January– Wednesday, 20 January, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; and Thursday, 21 January, 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration may be done on-line at http://www.ametsoc.org/OR/index.html or by mailing or faxing our registration form that can be found at http://www.ametsoc.org/meet/annual/index.html by 1 December 2009 in order to receive the lower registration rate. Registrations received between 2 December 2009 and on-site will be processed at the higher rate (see rates above). After 16 December 2009 please register at the meeting or on-line. Payment may be made with check, purchase order (hard copy required) or credit card (MasterCard/VISA/ American Express). FAXED registration forms must be accompanied by payment (PO or credit card # only) and must be received by 15 December 2009. Refunds are given (less a $25 fee) if cancellation notification is received by 30 DECEMBER 2009 (no refunds thereafter). Registration will not be processed without payment. Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed.
