Second Conference on Atmospheric Biogeosciences
12 May –15 May 2014, Portland, OR
The Second Conference on Atmospheric Biogeosciences is sponsored by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the AMS Board on Atmospheric Biogeosciences. It will be jointly held with the 31th AMS Conference on Agricultural and Forest Meteorology. The conferences will be held 12-15 May, 2014, at the Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown Convention Center Hotel, Portland, Oregon.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Crowne Plaza Portland-Downtown Convention Center, 1441 NE 2nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97232.
We urge to book your hotel room at the Crowne Plaza Portland-Downtown Convention Center as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at the special rate of $135 single/double plus tax and a government per diem rate of $113 single/double plus tax for those who qualify. Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.5%, and a 2% per room, per night city assessment in effect at the time of check-in.

Government Per Diem Rate: A limited number of guestrooms will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis at the prevailing federal government per diem (Government ID must be presented at check-in). All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration may be completed on-line, via fax-in form, or on-site. Links will be available in the left-hand panel of this page. Registration rates will be announced and opened in Mid February 2014.
