ORGANIZERS
The Board on Enterprise Economic Development, part of the AMS Commission on the Weather and Climate Enterprise.
PURPOSE
To provide an opportunity for members of the weather, water, and climate community to meet with senior Federal agency officials, Congressional staff, and other community members to hear about the status of current programs, learn about new initiatives, discuss issues of interest to our community, identify business opportunities, and speak out about data and other needs.

AMS WASHINGTON FORUM DINNER (Tues.)
On Tuesday evening, a Forum dinner will be held at the nearby Doubletree Hotel (1515 Rhode Island Drive NW). Tickets ($35 for AMS Members / $45 for Non-Members) must be purchased for this event by 1:00pm Tues. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. A cash bar will be open 1 hour prior to dinner.
The AMS Washington Forum falls over Passover this year. If anyone is in need of a kosher meal(s) or has other (or very specific) dietary needs, please contact the AMS Meetings Department at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting so we can make special arrangements.
REGISTRATION
There are two ways to register for the AMS 2012 Washington Forum:
1) On-line Registration: *Recommended Method*
For on-line registration via the AMS web-page link at the left. TO OPEN BY 1 DECEMBER.
2) On-Site registration. The AMS 2012 Washington Forum registration desk at the University of California Washington Center will be open for registration starting 1 hour prior to the start of the Forum and will remain open throughout the Forum.

FULL-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION includes: your badge (must be worn at all times in the meeting room), a program, and for each of three days: admission to the meeting, a light breakfast, a lunch, and two refreshment breaks. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Payment may be made with check, money order, purchase order, or credit card (MasterCard/VISA/American Express). Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars. Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be granted only for cancellations received by Monday, 2 April 2012.
