AMS has secured a housing block across several hotels in New Orleans within walking distance to the Convention Center.

Hotel reservations will open in late summer of 2024 after the Government Per Diem rate for 2025 is released.

Look Out for Hotel Scammers 

  • If you do not booked through the AMS official block, the AMS is unable to help you resolve any issues with the hotel.

  • Tech-savvy scammers create fake reservations and websites that look legitimate. If you book through these sites, you run the risk of arriving and not having a hotel room. 

  • For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any unknown housing or travel company.

  • Never book from an email that does not come from an ametsoc.org email address.

  • Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than the ones originated from AMS.

  • If it seems too good to be true, it probably  is.
