3rd Annual Conference for Early Career Professionals
The 3rd Conference for Early Career Professionals was held in conjunction with the 95th AMS Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. The conference chairs were Matthew Lacke, Erik Pytlak, and Jared Rennie. Search #BECP2015 on Twitter for specific content related to this conference. This was the first year the conference was expanded to a full day.

Joint session with the 14th Annual AMS Student Conference that included speakers Dr. Sarah Tessendorf at UCAR and JJ Brost at NOAA/NWSFO and rotating group discussions on: Write Something People Will Want to Read (led by Eric Bruning, Texas Tech University; Sarah Tessendorf, UCAR); Adapative Communication: One Message Doesn't Fit All (led by Gina Eosco, Cornell University; Daniel Porter, NOAA); and Make Your Presentation a Conduit, Not a Crutch (led by Kathryn Prociv, The Weather Channel; JJ Brost, NOAA/NWSFO)
