Our committee is responsible for reviewing candidates for the Award for Excellence in Science Reporting by a Broadcast Meteorologist. More details to follow in the coming month.

During the Broadcast Conference, the AMS will offer an opportunity to interview Jenni Evans, AMS President via Facebook live. Depending on the success, more opportunities may follow. Questions will be solicited ahead of time so look for a link to submit yours. After the Broadcast Conference, we’ll turn our attention to the AMS 100 celebration/annual meeting in January in Boston. The AMS will be offering several ways to get involved to build excitement for 2020.
