The AMS Committee on Satellite Meteorology, Oceanography and Climatology is proud to announce that Florida State University PhD Candidate Josh Cossuth earned an AMS travel grant worth up to $1500 to participate in the Joint 2013 EUMETSAT-20th AMS Satellite Meteorology Conference to be held in Vienna, Austria 16-20 September 2013. Josh will be making an oral presentation, “"Developing a climatology of tropical cyclone structures using a newly compiled passive microwave dataset". For his participation EUMETSAT has also agreed to waive Josh’s registration fee.
