We encourage you to register now to ensure seamless access!

All live sessions will take place in Eastern Time (ET).

All live technical sessions will take place via Zoom Webinar with networking sessions occurring in Zoom Meeting.

Please note the sessions are only accessible to those registered for the meeting.

Registered attendees will be provided Zoom links prior to the meeting. Zoom links will also be shared via email the morning of each day.

We recommend all attendees join the sessions ten minutes before the scheduled start time.

If you have issues entering or have questions about a session, please reach out to AMS Meetings and we will get you a direct link. 

The AMS Meetings department will be monitoring the sessions and are here to answer any questions. 

We encourage you to ask questions using the question feature in Zoom Webinar. 

  • Type questions in the Q&A section of Zoom and not the Chat
  • If you would like to help field questions during the live sessions, click the “raise your hand” button and tech support will unmute you.

Yes! Networking opportunities will take place Tuesday – Thursday for attendees and presenters to interact.
