Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Village at Breckenridge at 535 South Park Avenue, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
We urge you to book your hotel room at the Village at Breckenridge or Gravity Haus Breckenridge as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.
A block of rooms had been reserved at the Village at Breckenridge for meeting attendees at the special rates of $149.00 single and $159.00 double plus tax. An additional block of rooms had been reserved at the Gravity Haus Breckenridge at the special rates of $149.00 plus tax.
Rates do not include applicable state, local, and/or occupancy taxes. The cut-off date for both blocks is 12 May 2022 or until rooms are no longer available.

Room Rates shown do not include 14% Hotel Room tax, 1.75% Tourism Assessment fee, and $3.00 Occupancy fee Per Night (subject to change). Total room charges will include all room fees and taxes.
Reservations are refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations for guest rooms made within 7 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees.
