All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Hilton Toronto at 145 Richmond Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2L2, Canada.
Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Toronto for meeting attendees at the special rate of $349.00 Canadian Dollars plus tax. Rates do not include applicable taxes, services, or Hotel-specific fees.19.78%. All taxes, fees and assessments are subject to change. Currently, applicable taxes total 19.78%.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. We urge you to book your hotel room at the Hilton Toronto as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum. The deadline to make your reservation and secure this special rate is Thursday, 31 July 2025.

Deposit Requirement
To confirm a room, it must be secured with a valid credit card along with a first night's deposit of the room charge and taxes. This deposit will be taken upon booking and is refundable at least two (2) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be canceled 72 hours before arrival time (Eastern) to avoid a one night room and tax penalty.
Early Departure Fee
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early checkout fee (currently $100.00 CAD) will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
