Icebreaker Reception
Monday, 14 September, 5:30-8:00pm
On Monday evening, sponsor Vaisala invites attendees to kick off the 37th Conference on Radar Meteorology at an icebreaker reception at the University of Oklahoma’s National Weather Center. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. Shuttles from the Embassy Suites to the NWC will begin at 4:30pm. Return shuttles will begin at 8:00pm.

Conference Banquet
Wednesday, 16 September, 7-9pm
The Wednesday Banquet will be held at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, courtesy of AMS and the University of Oklahoma. A ticket is needed to attend the banquet. One ticket is included in the Full-week registration package. Guest and/or additional tickets ($50 each) may be purchased onsite until 14 September at noon. Any special dietary requests should be communicated to an AMS staff member by 10 September.
