Graduate students and postdoctoral researchers are eligible to apply for financial support to attend the AMS Climate Policy Colloquium. Full support will cover the costs of tuition, room and board, and travel. Partial support may also be available. Those interested in applying for support must submit an application by October 1, 2024.
Application Requirements for Funding
Those competing for support must submit (1) a letter of intent, (2) a curriculum vitae, and (3) contact information for two references. Additional letters of support may be included but are not required. To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in a U.S. institution or university and members of the American Meteorological Society. Student membership is sufficient for this requirement. Applicants for funding may also be in the process of applying for AMS membership at the time they submit their Colloquium applications.
