Put yourself in the picture: AMS's Policy Colloquia.
Do you want to put your science to work? See it contribute to a better world? Then you want to be as disciplined in your approach to the policy process as you are to your research and services.
Twice a year, the AMS Policy Program convenes a select group in Washington, D.C. for an immersive introduction to science policy. Graduate students, faculty, and professionals in the field of atmospheric sciences and their applications form a cohort that tackles hands-on exercises, hears from dozens of prominent experts, and forges strong professional networking connections.
