Location

The Automated Vehicles & Meteorology Summit will take place in Ann Arbor, MI!  All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at Palmer Commons at the University of Michigan located at 100 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109.

Travel Information

Parking is available at the venue. The closest parking lot to Palmer Commons is N26/Palmer Drive Structure located at  200 Washtenaw Avenue. Palmer Commons and this parking structure are right next door to each other. 

All meeting space is located on the fourth floor of Palmer Commons. Take the stairs or elevators to the 4th. All sessions will take place in the Auditorium and all food functions will take place in Great Lakes.

Accommodations

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. We urge you to book your hotel room at the Residence Inn Ann Arbor Downtown or the TownePlace Suites Ann Arbor as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum. A block of rooms was reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at the special rates.
