We're eager to consider your ideas for Hill briefings. Here's your chance to propose a topic and speakers.
To propose a topic send an email to [email protected] that includes:
- 1-2 paragraphs (no more than 100 words) describing the topic and why it is important
- a list of three or four subject matter experts
- your contact information in case we have follow up questions
Proposals have the greatest chance to resonate when they touch on scientific topics of national importance that haven't received as much attention from policy makers as they merit. Subject matter experts who know their stuff, their audience, and how to communicate the former to the latter are most compelling. Of course, proposals for Hill briefings should strive to be policy relevant but not policy prescriptive.
Please keep in mind that each year we generate and receive more great ideas for Hill briefings than we can possibly arrange.
We look forward to reading your proposal.
