With Inclusive Access (also known as Day One Access and First Day Access), students won't need to find or purchase the books on their own, there won't be any delay in scholarship money for textbooks, and all students will be using the same edition on the very first day of class. The cost of textbooks is included with a students tuition. 

AMS Weather, Ocean and Climate Studies textbooks and manuals are available for Inclusive Access.
